Moving Consumer Protection Forward after Chevron

Thank you for signing on to our Community Resolution outlining where we need to go next. We’re excited to get to work with you, and excited that you are willing to dig in on what often seems like a large but also technical problem.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been thinking both about the steps we need to take to address the specific issues raised by the recent supreme court ruling, and also about ways in which we can work with different federal agencies to take advantage of their mandates for public participation in rulemaking.

This is going to be a working meeting - We’ll talk through where we seen chances for us all to keep track of these agencies, understand their calendars and how they think about rule making, and watch for the new opportunities they are bringing to the public.
