The FCC may have voted to repeal net neutrality, but our fight is far from over. If passed, California’s SB 822 would rebuild the guardrails that ensure consumers can choose what they want to watch, read, or play online without restrictions or slowdowns from internet service providers like Comcast, Verizon, and others. It is the first state-level bill that truly matches all of the net neutrality protections that Americans need and deserve.
