Early next week, Virginia legislators will vote on a series of harmful bills backed by Dominion Energy. These bills would allow Dominion to unfairly inflate electricity rates and delay big refunds that consumers deserve. We don’t have much time to stop them, so we need to act now.

If passed, the bills would:

• Prevent consumers from getting the refund money they deserve
• Make it harder for the state to regulate Dominion overcharging customers in the future
• Allow Dominion to keep electricity rates artificially high
