Dyes in Medicine
Do your local stores sell dye-free kids’ meds?
CR wants to know! If you’re
interested in getting artificial dyes
out of food and drugs, join us for
this Community Reports project to
research what’s available on store
shelves around the country. We’re
looking for volunteers to visit local
retailers - like drug stores, grocery
stores and convenience stores - and
report on which children’s medicines
are available with and without
artificial dyes. Your observations
will help us shine a light on what
choices parents really have when it
comes to safer, dye-free medicines for
kids and infants.
Sign
up now and we’ll send you
an email with instructions and a link
to the online survey to use in stores.
The deadline for submitting
surveys is Sunday, December
21.
If you’d like to learn more, check
out the recording below of our recent
webinar that covered the goals of the
project, the survey process, and
answered participants’ questions in
real time.
Thanks for
supporting efforts to get dyes out
of our food and
drugs! Your
participation will have a real impact
— let’s work together to build a
healthier marketplace for families
everywhere!
