This week and next, Consumer Reports’ members are fanning out across the country to show up at the home-state offices of their Congressional members to fight for their consumer rights: to be treated fairly by the Big Banks, giant corporations, and industry.

We're telling Congressman Ryan Mackenzie to stop the attack on our consumer watchdogs – the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Consumer Product Safety Commission – who make sure banks, credit card companies, and scammers are held accountable for the financial damage they cause, and that the products American families use everyday aren’t unsafe or even deadly.

Consumer Reports is working with partner groups and members like you to hold a town hall press event calling on Congressman Mackenzie to stand up for Consumers and to feature storytellers who would be hurt if consumer protections are eliminated.
