And because of weak rules, you may not be aware of these and other issues that could impact your financial life.

We are calling on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to strengthen Buy Now, Pay Later regulations to protect consumers from difficulties making returns and disputing unfair charges, and data harvesting. And like credit cards, we are also demanding standardized disclosure requirements for the credit transaction, including loan terms, associated fees, and payment dates.
