It’s a no-brainer: Use female crash-test dummies

Women have 73 percent greater odds of being seriously injured in a car crash than men. Yet the U.S. continues to use dummies based on male bodies for almost all of its crash testing – leaving women at serious risk on the road. Join Consumer Reports in demanding federal regulators get rid of outdated gender bias, and require a new female crash-test dummy to better ensure womens’ safety.
